The fact of having worked a lot on the 4 relational styles has helped me to know how to deal with different complicated situations on a professional and personal level.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>The change this process has produced in me and the impact it has had on my leadership style is as follows:<\/p><ul><li>Deepen the reflection of my strengths and weaknesses towards my team.<\/li><li>Detect the needs of my team and look for optimal and viable solutions to satisfy them.<\/li><li>Improve communication with the people who are part of the team: It is essential to understand how each one is, in order to find the best way to communicate (relational styles).
